We're Now Accepting Online Orders
Updated: 4 days ago
Do yourself a favor and read this post before placing your first online order with us.
On Monday of this week we made the move to offer only curbside pickup at our Basking Ridge. As expected, our phone lines were busy throughout the day and some of you had trouble reaching us. We do apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused, and we're taking steps to make it easier to place your order with us. We're pleased to announced that Perrottis.com now offers the ability to order online! You can place your order using this link.
Accepting orders online is brand new to us, so there's a few things you should know:
We can't accept online payments just yet. If we have any questions about your order, we'll follow-up over the phone to confirm your order and take a credit card number before you come to the shop. If you don't hear from us, have your credit card handy when you arrive at the shop and we'll take it over the phone before we bring out your order to your numbered parking spot.
Plan ahead! To start with, online orders will require a minimum of 48-hours notice. Due to the volume of orders that we receive and inconsistent availability of some items, it can be challenging to guarantee your item will be available on short notice. The 48-hour wait will help us ensure your items are available.
If you don't immediately receive the text message to verify your phone number... double-check to ensure every number you included is correct. If it is and you're using an iPhone, it's possible that your phone is set not to receive SMS messages. You can turn them on by following these steps.
Quick refresher on how to pick up your order...
When you arrive at the shop, pull into one of our numbered parking spots.
Call us at 908-306-8806 and give us the name on your order and parking spot number.
Open the car door or trunk so we know where to place your order. If you'd rather we didn't place your bags directly in your car, leave your doors closed and we'll leave your bags behind your car so you can do so yourself.
Close your door or trunk.
Thank you again for your understanding and patience as we figure out the internet and these new processes on the fly. We're grateful everyday to serve you.
