The Perrotti's Story
Past
M & M Perrotti’s Prepared Foods is rooted in a rich family tradition stemming from parent location, Perrotti’s Quality Meats, in Cranford, New Jersey. Started by two Italian immigrants, Mario and David Perrotti, back in 1967, it has become an icon to the surrounding communities. From its beginnings as a simple butcher shop, Perrotti's has expanded to offer a mouthwatering variety of prepared foods in addition to quality meat.
Present
After several years working with his father at the original shop in Cranford, Mario Jr. and his brother Michael brought their family's passion to Somerset County in 2008 when he opened his own shop in Far Hills. After a warm reception Mario opened a second shop in his family's adopted hometown of Basking Ridge. For eight years, Mario and his team have served the community with prepared dishes made from scratch and top quality meat.
Future
M & M Perrotti's will continue to follow the same simple formula the family has championed for more than 50 years: offering meals made from scratch with family-approved recipes and fresh ingredients at honest prices.
